任职资格

  1. Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
  2. At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Customer Relations, Front Desk, Receptionist, or related roles.
  3. Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
  4. Experience in the automotive industry will be an added advantage.
  5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  6. Customer-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.
  7. Able to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  9. Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  10. Strong problem-solving and complaint-handling skills.

岗位职责

  1. Manage the front desk and serve as the first point of contact for customers.
  2. Welcome and assist walk-in customers professionally and courteously.
  3. Handle customer enquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and other communication channels.
  4. Schedule and coordinate customer appointments.
  5. Follow up on customer enquiries, bookings, and service updates.
  6. Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
  7. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
  8. Conduct customer satisfaction follow-ups after service completion.
  9. Handle customer feedback, concerns, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
  10. Assist in customer retention and relationship-building initiatives.
  11. Prepare basic administrative reports and customer service documentation.
  12. Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the entire service journey.
