Job Description

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification in Property Management, Building Management, Facilities Management, or a related field. 
  • At least 2 years of working experience in building, property, or facilities management. 
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision. 
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills. 
  • Knowledge of building maintenance, safety regulations, and contractor management. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). 
  • Possess own transportation and willing to travel when required. 
  • Able to work on weekends or public holidays when necessary. 
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin is preferred to liaise with Mandarin-speaking tenants, contractors, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

 

  • Supervise and monitor the daily operations of the building and facilities. 
  • Coordinate and oversee maintenance, repair, cleaning, security, and landscaping activities. 
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure the building is safe, clean, and well-maintained. 
  • Handle tenant or resident enquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly. 
  • Liaise with contractors, vendors, and service providers regarding maintenance and repair works. 
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with building rules, safety regulations, and company policies. 
  • Maintain proper records of maintenance schedules, incidents, and operational reports. 
  • Assist in budgeting, cost control, and procurement of building-related supplies and services. 
  • Ensure all facilities and equipment are functioning properly. 
  • Perform other duties assigned by management from time to time.
