Pet Space Group Limited Hiring! Full Time Human Resources Manager in Hong Kong - Ricebowl

We are seeking a talented and experienced HR Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our human resources operations. The HR Manager will play a key role in driving HR strategies, supporting business growth, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

• Work closely with senior stakeholders of business units and branch managers on manpower planning and talent acquisition to cope with business growth

• Represent the group and perform end-to-end process in recruitment from sourcing to new hire on-boarding

• Assist in other human resources initiatives such as staff retention, performance management and provide professional advisory services to business units

• Support in formulating, reviewing and implementing human resources policies and systems to be in line with company objectives and to enhance efficiency of the team

• As a key member of the HR team, the incumbent will be responsible for providing day-to-day quality HR services to staff at all levels

• Manage salaries Tax filling and submission of IRD forms

• Handle work injury cases, claims, and oversee company insurance renewals

• Partner with line managers to provide one-stop professional HR services including but not limited to end-to-end recruitment, staff services, monthly payroll, staff engagement activities, training & development and prepare analysis reports for management review, as well as support other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• 
  Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management

• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
