Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective maintenance programs to reduce breakdowns and enhance equipment reliability.
Lead troubleshooting efforts and manage cost improvement projects.
Ensure smooth operation of machines in production, utilities / electrical, brewing, and packaging areas through electrical repairs and preventive maintenance.
Allocate resources and manpower efficiently to minimize downtime during operations.
Schedule and oversee preventive maintenance while supervising modification work to drive process improvements and ensure compliance with standards.
Supervise and train a team of Technicians to carry out repairs and preventive maintenance.
Requirements:
Higher Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent;
Minimum 3 years’ experience in maintenance work;
Knowledge of PLC system and holder of REW A0 is preferred.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 12:00 noon – 9:00 pm (shift work may be required as needed).
