Responsibilities
Job Title: Endpoint Support Engineer
- Key Responsibilities
- Imaging client-provided laptops with the client’s operating system
- Supporting initial and basic hardware troubleshooting of laptops
- Coordinating with vendors for hardware repairs
- Providing console access for switches, routers, and firewalls to the client
- Collaborating with the client for configuration and troubleshooting of network issues
- Maintaining the hub room, cabling, and rack according to client-agreed processes
- Managing assets, inventory, and PAV
- Demonstrating strong communication skills for effective client management
- Job Requirements
- Basic knowledge of laptop and operating system issue troubleshooting
- Installation of software
- Network troubleshooting
- Wi-Fi and LAN connectivity troubleshooting on endpoints
- Coordination with support teams
- Basic understanding of network devices such as switches, routers, and firewalls
- Good communication skills in English and the local language
- Knowledge of routing and switching
- Experience in asset management
