Job Description
- Take lead and involve in the project proposal submission technically and commercially.
- Promote and sell all existing services within I&E Division especially related to Upstream Services.
- Identify new business opportunities, prepare proposals and quotations, and follow up with customers to secure business and achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits, meetings, and customer support activities.
- Support project submissions, sample collection arrangements, training, seminars, and other customer-related activities.
- Provide basic technical support and collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery.
- Manage sales documentation, quotations, proposals, records, and project-related deliverables.
- Create awareness campaign and upsell of the new services offered by the business lines by visiting to clients and survey result was collected at the end of the meetings.
- Ensure customer enquiries are handled promptly and effectively to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Comply with SGS policies, quality standards, client confidentiality requirements, and all applicable Health, Safety, Environment (HSE), and Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.
- Report hazards, risks, incidents, and near-misses in accordance with company procedures.
- Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
Qualifications
- Degree in Science, Chemistry or Engineering
- Minimum 2-3 years working in Oil, Gas or chemical plant or engineering firm or other related industries
- Field Experience in Sampling/ Production Chemical / Corrosion is added advantaged
