- Drive sales growth and profitability by managing existing accounts and developing new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and profit targets.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and business opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and close business agreements with customers.
- Act as the key liaison between customers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and market analyses.
- Coordinate closely with the export administration team to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers across the region.
- Travel within Malaysia and overseas to support business development activities and customer engagement.
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Science & Technology, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in edible oil refining, export sales, or related industries will be an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, resourceful, and able to work independently.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to travel locally and internationally (SEA region coverage).
- Proficient in English; Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
- Based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
