What You'll Be Doing?

Evyap is seeking 2 Process Engineers to overseeing the daily operations of the Fractionation & Distillation Plant OR Splitting & Glycerin Plant to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable production while maintaining product quality, process performance, and compliance with environmental, health, safety, ISO, and GMP requirements.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Oversee the process, distribution, and daily operations of the Fractionation & Distillation Plant/ Splitting & Glycerin Plant.
  • Ensure the plant operates at optimum performance levels while maintaining effective process control.
  • Supervise and support plant personnel to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Ensure compliance with product quality requirements and maintain accurate production records.
  • Enforce environmental, health, and safety policies and guidelines.
  • Monitor product yields and prepare monthly production reports, ISO, and GMP documentation.

Optimize the consumption of utilities such as power, steam, chemicals, and other resources.

  • Coordinate planned shutdown activities and ensure plant availability according to production schedules.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve process-related issues to minimize downtime and improve plant performance.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant working experience in the oleochemical, chemical, refinery, or related process industry.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to identify and resolve production plant and process-related issues.
  • Knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
