Working Arrangement: Hybrid (2 WFH + 3 WFO)

Location: Phileo Damansara (Accessible by public transport)

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications across mobile and backend platforms.
• Develop and maintain scalable backend services and RESTful APIs.
• Integrate applications with third-party APIs, cloud services, and external SDKs.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, QA Engineers, and other developers to deliver high-quality product features.
• Build clean, maintainable, and scalable software architectures.
• Troubleshoot, debug, optimize, and improve application performance and system reliability.
• Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and continuous improvement of engineering practices.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in software engineering, AI-assisted development, and emerging technologies.

• Minimum 1+ year of software development experience.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, HTTP protocols, JSON, and client-server architecture.
• Experience working with relational databases and SQL.
• Familiarity with third-party SDK integrations and API integrations.
• Good understanding of software architecture, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Passion for software engineering and product development.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Experience developing and publishing apps on App Store and/or Google Play.
• Portfolio, GitHub projects, or side projects related to software development.
• Exposure to AI/LLM integrations, AI-assisted coding, prompt engineering, AI agents, or AI-powered applications.
• Practical experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g. AI IDEs, coding agents, code generation, and refactoring tools), or relevant knowledge of how AI can improve software development workflows.
• Understanding of modern AI-assisted development workflows with a willingness to continuously learn and improve in this area.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Google Cloud / Firebase), CI/CD pipelines, Docker, or real-time systems (Firebase / Pocketbase).
