As a Quality Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
Developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance systems and procedures.
Ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
Conducting regular audits and inspections to monitor quality performance.
Collaborating with internal teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
Providing training and guidance on quality standards and best practices.
Preparing quality reports and presenting findings to senior management.
Driving continuous improvement initiatives across projects and departments.
Supporting certification and accreditation processes as required.
Profile
A successful Quality Manager should have:
A degree in engineering, construction, or a related discipline.
10+ years of experience in quality assurance within the property industry.
Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards in Hong Kong.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to work with diverse teams.
Proficiency in quality management tools and software.
