Analyze user requirements and functional specifications, and translate them into clear and comprehensive test cases
Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) within tight project timelines
Track test case execution, document results, and maintain detailed and structured issue logs
Support the management of UAT issue logs, working closely with development teams to identify resolutions and define retesting approaches
Contribute to the timely delivery of projects in alignment with defined scope, objectives, and expectations
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline
Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience, preferably within established financial institutions
Proven experience in UAT for medium- to large-scale projects
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with project collaboration tools such as Confluence, JIRA, or similar platforms
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and VBA; working knowledge of programming languages such as Python and SQL is preferred
Self-motivated team player with strong ownership, able to proactively collaborate with stakeholders and ensure timely delivery of tasks
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt working style to support overall project success
