Responsibilities
Develop, enhance, and maintain HRIS systems (including Workday and Oracle HR system) in line with business and technical requirements.
Participate in the full System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), covering requirement analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
Design and implement system integrations, including API development and data interfaces between HR and other enterprise systems.
Provide system support, troubleshooting, and performance tuning across Windows environments, IIS servers, and database platforms.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth project delivery, system enhancements, and ongoing improvements.
Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of solid hands-on experience in programming and system development.
Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies and best practices.
Technical expertise in some of the following: Workday, Oracle HR systems, API development, Windows OS, Windows Server, IIS administration, Unix shell scripting, MSSQL, Oracle databases, Visual Basic, .NET, HTML, and JavaScript.
Experience in banking operations (front-to-back processes) or vendor management is an advantage.
