Role Description This is a full-time, on-site HR Manager role based in Cyberjaya. The HR Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. The role involves developing and implementing HR policies, maintaining compliance with local labor laws, and supporting workforce planning. The HR Manager will manage payroll coordination, leave administration, and HR data reporting to ensure accurate and timely processes. In addition, the role will lead employee engagement initiatives, support learning and development programs, and partner with leadership to build a positive, high-performing workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • Strong HR operations skills, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Experience developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with organizational goals.
  • Knowledge of Malaysian labor laws, HR compliance requirements, and workplace health and safety standards.
  • Proficiency with HRIS tools, HR analytics, and basic reporting to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills across diverse teams.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple HR initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certification is an advantage.
  • Prior experience as an HR Manager or similar HR leadership role, ideally within a tech or digital services company.
