Central Core Management Limited is a licensed Hong Kong insurance brokerage firm regulated by the Insurance Authority (IA). We cooperate with multiple well-known Hong Kong insurance companies, focusing on professional insurance service and operational support. We are now recruiting motivated Admin Staff to join our team, responsible for daily office administration and insurance policy follow-up work.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above, graduates of year 2020–2026 are welcome.
Must hold valid IIQE Paper 1 & Paper 3 certification for Hong Kong insurance intermediary.
Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English for daily workplace and client communication.
No prior working experience required. No cold calling, no client sourcing and no sales pressure.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily office administration affairs and routine company operational work to ensure smooth daily office operation.
Follow up and process insurance policy signing procedures with company-provided client leads. No active sales or new client development is required, mainly responsible for policy execution and document follow-up.
Gain extra commission income for every successfully completed policy, with HK$300 to HK$500 commission per single policy.
