Responsibilities
We are looking for a proactive Manager Data Analytic and CRM to lead data-driven strategies and customer relationship management initiatives. This temporary role in the Financial Services industry is based in Kowloon and offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact.

Description
Drive end-to-end delivery of digital messaging across eDM, SMS, push notifications and emerging channels.
Partner with business stakeholders to scope, design and launch data-led CRM campaigns.
Manage the full development lifecycle, from requirement gathering to post-launch measurement.
Perform hands-on analytics to support campaign targeting, lead generation and performance tracking.
Collaborate closely with analytics, data, technology and business teams to ensure seamless execution.
Provide operational insights and recommend optimisations to enhance customer engagement.
Translate analytical findings into actionable business insights and recommendations.
Ensure high-quality execution with strong attention to accuracy, governance and delivery standards.
Profile
Degree holder in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science or a related discipline.
At least 2 years' experience in data or information management within retail banking.
Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience in analytics-driven campaigns.
Exposure to AI-related initiatives such as AI agents or RAG-based solutions is highly desirable.
Solid understanding of digital messaging platforms (e.g. SFMC, AEM).
Experience with analytics and visualisation tools such as SAS, Tableau, QlikSense or Pega preferred.
Confident communicator able to engage business, operations and technology stakeholders.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly accountable with a strong service mindset.
