Job Responsibilities
Responsible for hotel’s safety and health system and enhance proper policies and practices are in place
Oversee and ensure the smooth operations of the security aspect of the entire hotel
Provide courteous, professional and efficient service at all times
Protect the company's assets from theft, assault, fire, and other risks
Coordinate ongoing ad-hoc patrols of guest floors, public areas, outlets, offices and all other areas within and around the hotel
Identify potential risk issues and liability factors and respond to emergencies and provide necessary assistance
In charge of fire drill, evacuation and other emergencies preparation and management
Provide First Aid and other necessary medical assistance to the guest / colleagues
Requirements
Minimum 7 year of relevant experience, preferably in hotel or service apartment
High sense of Integrity, reliable, timely and a sense of duty
Holder of valid Security Personnel Permit and First-aid certificate
With solid experience and knowledge in handling emergencies
Well versed in Fire Safety, police investigation procedure, Occupational Health and Safety Ordinance
Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
