Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Preparation and submission of documents for tender bid i.e. costing, taking-off, analysis and compilation
of tender submission and etc. Attend tender briefing and site visit with Senior Manager/Manager
followed by preparation of site visit report. Assist in value engineering, cost optimization and budget
setting.
Prepare sub-contract tender document for Procurement, evaluation report and Letter of Award to
successful sub-contractors. Prepare and submit monthly progress payment. Attend to site evaluation /
joint measurement. Review, recommend, certify and ‘check n balance’ of sub-contractors’ payment.
Prepare and submit variation order and claims. Prepare final measurement and account. Assist in value
engineering, cost optimization and budget setting. Negotiate and finalize contracts with vendors,
suppliers, and subcontractors, ensuring favorable terms for the organization. Perform detailed
quantity take-offs and assist in the preparation of bills of quantities. Assist in project scope,
ensuring proper documentation and administrative/paperwork and approval processes are
followed. Work closely with project, ID, sub-con and other vendor to achieve project goals and
resolve any cost-related issues.
