MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Marketing Executive is responsible for managing marketing, advertising and promotional stuff and activities at a company or organization. He/she should take steps to measure, enhance and enrich the position and image of a company through various goals and objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

- Be responsible for all marketing collaterals. Communicate with target audiences and create collaterals according to their feedback.

- Assist to manage the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters and e-newsletters when require.

- Write and proofread copy and ensure brand messages are consistent.

- Arrange for the effective distribution of marketing materials

- Assist to ensure inventory of all marketing collaterals and actively prepare for annual exhibition

- Assist to source for advertising opportunities and place adverts in the press - local, regional, national and specialist publications, depending on the organization and the campaign

- Maintain and update customer databases and send out emailer regularly

- Organize and prepare for events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions

- Update company website, profile, online brand store and product listing

- Engage consumers on social media for B2C market such as Facebook, Youtube,

Instagram, Tiktok and etc

- Assist to handle E-Store advertisement and ordering process.

- Deepen relationships with all media to ensure the most effective messaging and positioning of the organization.

- Learn, understand, and collect in depth knowledge about the Brands/Products that are under the purview of the company

- Conduct product presentation, product demonstration.

- Provide added value to the sales and marketing capabilities of the company.

- Provide customer service to existing customers.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
• Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Illustrator, adobe, photoshop
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
• Required Skill (s) : Communication Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Presentation Skills
• Possess own transport and willing to travel
• FMCG working experience is added advantage.
