Job Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain foreign workers' records, including passports, work permits, visas, and employment documents.
- Monitor permit and visa expiry dates and coordinate renewals.
- Liaise with government authorities, immigration departments, agencies, and external service providers.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding of foreign workers.
- Arrange accommodation, transportation, and welfare matters for workers.
- Maintain accurate employee databases and filing systems.
- Prepare reports and administrative documentation as required.
- Monitor attendance records and assist with payroll-related administration.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor and immigration regulations.
- Perform general administrative duties and support management when required.
Requirements
- Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
- At least 1 year of administrative experience; experience handling foreign workers is an added advantage.
- Familiar with foreign worker permit and immigration processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
