ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee daily operations and performance of the branch.
- Maintain high standard for store appearance and cleanliness as well as product freshness.
- Supervise the implementation of all sales promotion and marketing plans including all signature programs.
- Working with relevant department to develop in store promotion programs to raise customers pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
- Trains and reviews all staffs job performance and promoting an effective performance team
- Meeting sales and profitability goals, delivery of customer satisfaction and enhancing.
- Provide feeding back on buying trends, customer needs and competitor activities.
- Ensure compliance with all legislative, regulatory and company policies as they pertaining to food handling, and other food safety guidelines.
- Other duties and responsibilities assigned by Company from time to time.
Requirements:
- Candidates with at least 5 years experience as a Store Manager / Assistant Store manager in Supermarket / Hypermarket.
- Min. Education: SPM/Diploma/Advanced/Bachelor’s Degree
- Spoken Language: Bahasa Malaysia, English.
- Able to communicate in mandarin would be an added advantage.
- Able to work in non-halal department & wine department.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
