Key Responsibilities:

Experience-1 Yr

Maintain accurate inventory records of IT assets, including laptops, desktops, printers, peripherals, and software licenses.

Track, assign, and update asset information within the asset management system.

Perform periodic asset audits, stock verification, and inventory reconciliation.

Prepare and configure end-user devices, including OS installation, software deployment, and security configurations.

Deploy IT equipment, perform asset tagging, and maintain proper documentation.

Monitor asset health, warranty status, and coordinate repairs, replacements, and warranty claims.

Support procurement activities by coordinating hardware and software purchases.

Manage asset lifecycle activities, including deployment, transfer, return, refresh, and disposal.

Ensure secure data wiping and sanitization of devices before disposal.

Maintain disposal records and ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements.

Generate inventory, utilization, and lifecycle reports for management review.

Provide documentation and support during internal and external audits.

Pay: RM1,545.18 - RM2,700.00 per month
