To support Corporate Affairs in delivering high-quality multimedia content and managing digital platforms, including social media and website updates, while ensuring consistency in corporate messaging and branding. This role is primarily focused on content creation (design & video), with additional responsibilities in digital platform support and website/IR updates.
Job Responsibilities
1. Multimedia Content Creation (Primary – 70%)
- Design corporate visuals (social media posts, announcements, campaigns, presentations)
- Produce and edit videos (corporate events, branding, internal communications)
- Ensure all creative outputs align with corporate brand guidelines
2. Social Media Management
- Execute social media postings across platforms
- Assist in content planning and scheduling
- Monitor basic performance metrics (engagement, reach)
3. Website & Digital Platform Management
- Update corporate website via CMS (news, announcements, ESG/IR content)
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of published content
- Maintain consistency in digital presentation
4. Investor Relations (IR) Support (Executional)
- Upload IR-related materials (announcements, reports, disclosures)
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for content updates
- Ensure proper documentation and version control
5. Corporate Communications Support
- Assist in preparation of presentation materials and internal communications
- Support campaigns, events, and CSR initiatives
- Maintain digital asset library (photos, videos, templates)
Job Requirements
- 5 years in multimedia / digital content / corporate communications
- Experience in corporate or structured environment preferred
- Graphic design (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc)
- Video editing (Premiere Pro, or equivalent)
- Strong visual storytelling ability
- Supporting Skills
- Basic social media management
- Familiarity with basic website CMS (e.g., WordPress)
- Basic understanding of corporate/IR content workflows
