Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping activities.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock audits, and reconciliation activities.
• Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent shortages, excess stock, and obsolescence.
• Coordinate material movements between warehouse and production departments.
• Maintain accurate inventory transactions in ERP/SAP systems.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and stock variances.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics providers regarding shipments and deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with FIFO/FEFO requirements and warehouse procedures.
• Prepare warehouse performance reports, inventory reports, and KPI tracking.
• Lead and supervise warehouse personnel to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Support annual stock take and periodic inventory audits.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, warehouse standards, and 5S practices.
• Work closely with Planning, Purchasing, Production, and Quality departments to support business requirements.
• Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and productivity.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse, inventory, or logistics operations within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in inventory control, material management, and warehouse coordination.
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, JDE, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes, inventory management, and logistics operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Experience leading warehouse teams is an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
