Job Description

Responsibilities

Join our team as a Service Manager and play a key role in ensuring excellent technical support and customer satisfaction.

Job Scope

  • Manage daily service operations and technician scheduling.
  • Oversee equipment installation, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Support customers by resolving technical issues promptly.
  • Ensure service quality, safety compliance, and proper documentation.
  • Monitor inventory of spare parts and consumables.
  • Prepare service reports and performance updates.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in technical service management.
  • Familiar with PLC controls, automation systems, and troubleshooting.
  • Good leadership and team management skills.
  • Hands-on, responsible, and customer-oriented.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
