Job Description:-

• Supervising, coaching and motivating production staffs and workers to produce product within the quality control standard and right quantity as per plan within the time.
• Work with production teams to ensure high level of discipline, high efficiency of worker utilisation, high quality and produce within the time
• Plan and assign daily job duties to workers.
• Operates production plan by scheduling, monitor work progress, establish priorities and revising schedules, if necessary, report the result production achievement.
• Compiling and analysing production performance records and data.
• Train operator to have a good discipline and mindset in term of understand SOP and follow OP instruction.
• Continuously do an improvements activity to increase the efficiency, capacity and cost saving.
• Recommend improvement activities such as modifications, simplifications, change the process flows and methods to enhance production quality, capacity and efficiency
• Ensure all defects are well segregated, troubleshoot action must be done to overcome it.
• Ensures machines and equipment’s are in good condition by calling for repairs if any, do a daily setup before start production.
• Check the material status to ensure the physical quantity is tally with SAP system.
• Undertake other special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required by your superior.
• Audio experience required.

Requirement(s):-

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/ Graduate Diploma, in Engineering (Electrical/ Electronic) or equivalent.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field of assembly for electronics components, mechanical parts, production and manufacturing processes and techniques.
• Candidates with automotive electronics industry are added advantages
• Strong leadership and good communication skills
• Innovative, self-motivated and have a good analytical mind.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
