Responsibilities
We are supporting a growing ServiceNow delivery team working across large-scale enterprise projects in Singapore. Due to increased implementation demand, they are looking to engage an experienced ServiceNow Senior Developer with strong hands-on experience across CSM and App Engine, taking ownership of development activities across enterprise implementations.

lities:
• Develop and enhance ServiceNow solutions with a strong focus on CSM and Ap
p Engine
• Configure and customise workflows, business rules, catalog items, automation logic, and applications within enterprise env
ironments
• Support integrations between ServiceNow and third-party
platforms
• Work alongside architects and functional consultants to deliver scalabl
e solutions
• Contribute to technical design discussions and implementat
ion planning
• Identify areas for performance improvement and platform
optimisation
• Provide technical guidance to junior team members
where required
Requi
red Experience:
• 5–8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow develo
pment experience
• Strong hands-on experience across Customer Service Management (CSM) and App En
gine is essential
• Exposure to FSM or additional ServiceNow modules consi
dered advantageous
• Strong scripting capability across JavaScript, Glide, Business Rules, Script Includes, Flow Designer, an
d App Engine Studio
• Experience working with REST/SOAP integration
s and IntegrationHub
• Proven involvement in full lifecycle Servi
ceNow implementations
• Experience working within enterprise or consult
ing-led delivery teams
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-
functional stakeholders
Cer
tifications (Mandatory):
• ServiceNow CSA (Certif
ied System Administrator)
• At least one CIS certification,
ideally CSM or App Engine
Additional certifications such as CAD a
