WE ARE HIRING - PRODUCTION QUALITY CONTROLLER

Your main responsibilities include:

• Conduct quality inspections on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
• Support internal calibration activities for equipment such as weighing scales, stopwatches, and related measuring instruments.
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, Halal, and food safety requirements.
• Identify quality issues, non-conformities, and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure production staff adhere to food safety, hygiene, and quality procedures.
• Assist in maintaining quality records and documentation.
• Investigate customer complaints and quality-related issues when required.

We’re looking for someone who:

Has strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high quality standards
Is passionate about food safety, quality assurance, and continuous improvement
Possesses good communication and teamwork abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for reporting and documentation
Has knowledge of GMP, HACCP, Halal, and food safety requirements (preferred)
Has prior experience in quality control, quality assurance, or food manufacturing operations (an added advantage)
