  • Lead strategic initiatives to enhance user and partner experiences by applying data-driven analysis, problem-solving methodologies, and business transformation frameworks.
  • Identify process, functional, and product gaps, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and business performance.
  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, including ideation, feasibility assessment, business case development, planning, stakeholder alignment, implementation, commissioning, and operational readiness.
  • Develop a deep understanding of business operations, systems, products, and technical requirements to effectively manage project deliverables, resources, risks, and timelines.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication of project objectives, strategies, priorities, and progress.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to lead and execute transformation projects that support organizational growth, scalability, and operational excellence.
  • Analyze project outcomes, generate actionable insights, and present recommendations, findings, and progress updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement, change management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful project delivery and business adoption.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Management, or a related discipline from a reputable institution. An MBA or other advanced degree is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience in management consulting, business strategy, corporate strategy, business transformation, or operational excellence, with the ability to develop and execute solutions that drive business performance and organizational growth. Experience with top-tier consulting firms is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, with the ability to analyze data, build reports, create dashboards, and generate actionable business insights.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to identify operational improvement opportunities, drive business growth, and balance strategic objectives with commercial outcomes.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing, designing, and implementing strategic solutions to address complex business challenges and organizational transformation initiatives.
  • Proven ability to conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis, synthesize complex data, and generate actionable insights to support business decision-making.
  • Highly analytical with strong problem-solving capabilities, critical thinking skills, and a structured approach to evaluating business issues and opportunities.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and collaborating across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
  • Strong project management and execution skills, with the ability to manage priorities, timelines, and deliverables effectively.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable, with a continuous improvement mindset and a strong sense of ownership.
