The Ritz Carlton, Hong Kong is currently hiring an Executive Assistant - Hotel Operations.

Job Summary

Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Hotel Manager and Director of Food & Beverage to ensure smooth day‑to‑day hotel operations
Act as a key coordination point between hotel departments, F&B outlets, and external stakeholders
Manage calendars, meetings, correspondence, and documentation with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
Support operational, reporting, and project‑based initiatives within Hotel Operations and Food & Beverage
Assist with preparation of reports, presentations, budgets, and operational data analysis
Facilitate effective communication and follow‑up on action items to ensure timely execution of management decisions

Job Requirements

Diploma or above in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline

3 years of relevant experience preferably in hotel industry

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work under tight timelines

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a professional and service‑oriented mindset

High level of discretion, confidentiality, and attention to detail
