Responsible for ensuring that all products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout production. This includes overseeing type testing, establishing FMEA for potential failures, managing type test equipment, handling Incoming Quality Control (IQC) and In-Process Quality Control (IPQC) processes, and ensuring proper New Product Introduction (NPI) procedures. The role focuses on maintaining consistent, high-quality production, minimizing risks, and ensuring the cables are safe, durable, and meet customer specifications.

- Overseeing and managing the type testing for all cable constructions until they pass the required quality standards and regulatory requirements.

- Performing all type tests in accordance with standard requirements to ensure the cables meet the necessary quality and performance specifications.

- Establishing FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) for all type tests conducted to identify potential risks and improve the reliability of the cables.

- Managing and ensuring the proper calibration and maintenance of all type test equipment used in the testing process.

- Managing the Incoming Quality Control (IQC) and In-Process Quality Control (IPQC) buy-off methods to ensure that materials and products meet quality standards at each stage of production.

- Establishing and overseeing the New Product Introduction (NPI) process to ensure that new cable products meet quality standards and specifications from the design phase through production.

- Setting up and enhance SOP for Buy- off for IQC and IPQC

- Ensure IQC and IPQC carry out the sampling and checking in a correct method

- Proper analysis to establish FMEA

- Analyse the root cause of the defect – if found during in process running

- Liaise with supplier if any abnormality found during Incoming Buy-off

- Following up all the CAR raised to supplier

- Ensure good housekeeping and involved in 6S activities.

- Ensure to maintained the standard of ISO 19001(quality), ISO 45001(occupational safety and health), ISO 14001(environment) requirements and it's objective are complied.

- The employee must adhere to all safety measurements, such as safety procedures and regulations and safe work practices, understand machine operation procedures, and wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required to ensure a safe working environment.

- To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so set by Asst QAQC Manager /QAQC Manager/General Manager//CEO.
