• Booking Management: Process flight, hotel, and tour reservations accurately using Global Distribution Systems (GDS).
• Ticketing & Issuance: Issue, re-issue, and split tickets in accordance with airline policies, fare rules, and restrictions.
• Customer Service: Handle inbound calls or emails inquiries regarding travel itineraries, pricing, and availability.
• Fare Optimization: Analyze fare construction rules to find the most cost-effective and logical routes for clients.
• Refunds & Cancellations: Process booking cancellations, calculate applicable penalties, and manage refund requests according to company and supplier policies.
• Schedule Management: Monitor queues for schedule changes, flight delays, or cancellations, and proactively notify and re-accommodate affected passengers.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all travel documents (visas, passports, health regulations) are checked and clear before finalizing bookings.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
