About the role

In this full-time position based in the Boon Lay West region, you will play a crucial role in supporting our cutting-edge research and development initiatives, contributing to the growth and innovation of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Research & Development: Conduct detailed literature reviews and identify technical gaps.

• Field Execution & Data Acquisition: Plan and execute field trials on selected sites.

• Data Analysis & Correlation: Develop and validate robust correlation models.

• Digital Platform Collaboration: Collaborate with the software team on the development and testing of a server-based online monitoring platform.

• Documentation: Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and develop detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and user guide manuals.

Requirements

• Education: A degree in Civil Engineering is required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Experience: A strong interest in geotechnical engineering, site investigation, and digital monitoring technologies.

• Skills: Proficiency in data processing, statistical analysis, and technical report writing.

• Work Environment: Must be willing and able to work in both site (fieldwork for trials, calibration, and data collection) and office settings (analysis, reporting, and platform development collaboration).
