We are representing our client, leading ICT MNC to look for Systems Analyst to join their team.


The Systems Analyst serves as the critical bridge between complex business requirements and robust technical solutions across systems delivery projects.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, ensuring requirements are captured accurately and communicated clearly
  • Produce high-quality documentation including Systems Requirements Documents, Technical Specification Documents, functional specifications, user stories, and process flows
  • Define non-functional requirements covering performance, security, and scalability
  • Facilitate alignment across business users, developers, and project managers, resolving ambiguities before they become delivery risks
  • Contribute to solution design and participate actively in technical architecture discussions
  • Support User Acceptance Testing to ensure delivered software matches defined specifications precisely
  • Assess the technical impact of change requests and maintain updated specifications throughout the project lifecycle
  • Be present on-site during critical incidents and key project milestones with full end-to-end ownership expected


Requirements:

  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Systems Analyst on IT systems delivery projects
  • Proven exposure to enterprise-level programmes with complex, integrated system landscapes
  • Strong grounding in SDLC, comfortable working across both Agile and waterfall methodologies
  • Sharp analytical thinking, meticulous documentation habits, and clear communication skills, written and verbal
  • Ability to perform under pressure, manage tight timelines, and take full ownership of outputs
  • Willingness to be on-site at customer facilities when required, including during critical incidents
  • Comfortable operating in dynamic, operational environments outside a standard office setting
  • Knowledge of J2EE, .NET/C#, event-driven architecture, microservices, CI/CD, or domain familiarity with Biometrics, E-Passports, National ID systems, Smart Cards, or Immigration Clearance technology is advantageous
  • Agile SCRUM Master or Product Owner certification is a plus
