As Vice President, Digital Distribution Platforms, you will lead the advisor-facing digital platform portfolio that supports Great Eastern’s distribution ecosystem across advisory, sales and servicing journeys.
The role sits at the intersection of business, product and technology, requiring strong ownership across platform direction, delivery and operational execution. You will work closely with business, technology and operational stakeholders to ensure distribution platforms continue to support business growth, advisor productivity and evolving distribution needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the strategic direction, roadmap and operating priorities of advisor-facing digital platforms supporting sales, servicing, and advisory journeys.
- Lead platform teams across product ownership, delivery, and operations to ensure stable platform performance and disciplined execution across enhancement and transformation initiatives.
- Drive prioritisation decisions across competing business demands, balancing user impact, scalability, operational risk, and delivery timelines.
- Partner closely with business, operations, compliance, and technology stakeholders to translate distribution needs into integrated digital capabilities.
- Oversee end-to-end execution of complex digital initiatives, including requirements shaping, governance, testing, release readiness, and implementation oversight.
- Strengthen platform usability, adoption and operational effectiveness across advisor and distribution-facing journeys.
- Champion service quality, operational resilience, and continuous improvement across business-critical and high-visibility platforms.
- Contribute to the longer-term evolution of digital distribution capabilities through platform modernisation and integration initiatives.
- Demonstrate strong platform ownership experience across customer-facing or distribution-led environments, with the ability to operate across both strategic and operational contexts.
- Understand frontline distribution operations, including advisor workflows, servicing journeys, adoption challenges, and operational dependencies.
- Are confident leading cross-functional teams and engaging senior stakeholders across complex, fast-moving, and high-demand environments.
- Possess sound judgement in balancing business growth, user experience, operational resilience, and regulatory considerations across interconnected digital ecosystems.
- Have 12–18 years of relevant experience across digital platforms, product leadership, technology delivery, or large-scale digital transformation roles, ideally within financial services or similar regulated industries.
- Hold a degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines. Experience leading platform transformation, modernisation or digital operating model initiatives at scale will be advantageous.
