Job Purpose

a Quality Assurance Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the overall quality and compliance of products/services within the organization. You will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance processes, conducting audits, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product/service quality.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain QA processes, standards, procedures, and documentation.
• Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
• Address and follow up on non-conformance issues and corrective actions.
• Monitor product quality throughout production processes.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions to maintain quality standards.
• Maintain QA records, reports, and quality documentation.
• Prepare and submit quality performance reports to management.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and quality performance.
• Conduct training on QA procedures, food safety, and quality standards.
• Promote a quality-focused culture across the organization.
• Review customer feedback and complaints related to product quality.
• Implement corrective actions to improve customer satisfaction.
• Oversee daily laboratory operations and testing activities.
• Manage laboratory inventory and procurement of required supplies.
• Review and report microbiological and product testing results.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management in line with departmental and company KPIs.

Requirement

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the food manufacturing or food industry.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Good reporting, documentation, and time management skills.
• Positive attitude with strong initiative in preventing food safety issues.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Added Advantage

• Experience in laboratory testing and analysis.
• Knowledge of Halal requirements and certification standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
