Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist with payroll, attendance, and leave administration.
• Handle employee relations and HR-related inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations.
• Support performance managemen.
• Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of HR experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply if relevant).
• Good knowledge of Employment Act and HR practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
