Responsibility

• Implement and maintain Food Safety and Quality Management Systems i.e. GMP, HACCP
• Conduct incoming and outgoing product inspection
• Monitor pest control management, maintain optimum hygiene and cleanliness of the production and operation area
• Establish cleaning and sanitation method for machine and equipment
• Establish and update process flow chart, procedures, work instructions and product specification
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for customer complaint, non-conformity in process and product
• Verify effectiveness of traceability system
• Conduct Food Safety related training
• Handle customer audit and third-party audit
• Provide Halal cert and prepare CoA for customers

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in food science, food technology or related field.
• Minimum 1-3 year experience in food manufacturing or QA/QC role.
• Fresh graduate with 6 month internship encourage to apply.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP and FSSC 22000 is an added advantage.
• Good documentation, communication and problem solving skills.
• Able to work independently and in a production environment.
• Conduct food safety and hygiene training for production staff.
• Support internal and external food safety audits.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP and company food safety standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
