About you
If you are a data-driven marketer with a strong grasp of consumer behavior and 360-degree marketing. With experience in executing integrated campaigns across digital, traditional, and experiential channels, you turn insights into strategies that drive growth and engagement.
You work well with cross-functional teams, align marketing efforts with business goals, and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Your Day-to-day
- Assist in the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across online, offline, partnerships, and on-ground activations to support business objectives.
- Support the planning and execution of events, roadshows, showroom activations, partnerships, and trade marketing activities.
- Prepare clear and comprehensive campaign briefs, including creative direction, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and key messaging for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and according to campaign objectives.
- Proactively propose marketing ideas, campaign initiatives, and engagement strategies that align with brand direction and business goals.
- Ensure all marketing communications and executions are aligned with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and overall business priorities.
- Support campaign tracking, reporting, and post-campaign analysis to identify key learnings and improvement opportunities.
- Own merchandise planning and execution, including vendor coordination, sourcing, inventory monitoring, forecasting, and ensuring healthy stock levels.
- Ensure timely submission and proper tracking of PRPOs, quotations, invoices, and other marketing operational documentation.
- Collaborate closely with business teams to understand operational needs and translate them into effective marketing support and solutions.
- Stay updated on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for brand growth and engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication or a related field.
- 2 - 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills
- Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative Experience with social media
- Good project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple integrated marketing efforts simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners
- Having advertising agency experience would be a plus point.
