Key Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets for general banking products
• Promote a full range of banking products, including: CASA (Current Account & Savings Account), Clean Lending, Mortgage, Insurance, Credit Card
• Actively acquire new customers through proactive sales efforts
• Understand customers' banking needs to effectively sell and cross-sell appropriate products
• Make sales referrals to branch colleagues or other departments as appropriate
• Participate in localized or off-site promotional activities
• Collaborate with product specialists to provide comprehensive services to customers
• Conduct all operational procedures in a compliant manner, following the Bank's policies and procedures

Qualifications & Requirements

• University degree with related experience
• Good command of written and spoken English and ChineseCandidate with the qualification of Certified Banker is an advantage
