Customer Service Representative - Retail Banking
Location: Tsim Sha Tsui / Causeway Bay (尖沙咀 / 銅鑼灣)
Salary: HK$16,000 – $20,000 + Monthly Allowance / Incentive

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Servicing: 負責外呼聯絡現有銀行客戶，進行售後跟進、資料核對及關係維護 (Outbound Call)。

Client Communication: 解答客戶基本查詢，提供正確的銀行產品資訊。

Team Support: 協助團隊處理日常客戶紀錄及一般行政跟進。
Requirements
-
Background: 歡迎具備客戶服務、Call Center 或零售經驗者優先

Languages: Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and good command of English.
