Job Responsibilities:

Responsibilities :

· Overall in-charge of the whole project sites, manage and lead in terms of project planning and controlling.

· Lead, plan, direct and/or coordinate with the entire project team (internal/external) on activities concerned.

· Liaise and negotiate requirements, issues between client, consultant, subcontractor and supplier involved.

· Identify, analyze, evaluate and identify solution to resolve all technical and site issues.

· Perform risk management to minimize project risk.

· To report project progress to top management from time to time.

Requirements:

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in property development or construction-related projects.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment with strong collaboration and coordination skills.
• Proactive with good initiative and the ability to work independently when required.
• Strong attention to detail and a systematic approach to project tasks.
