What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Provide knowledgeable and confident guidance to customers on pharmaceutical, health, and beauty products.
• Assist pharmacists with medication dispensing and other related operational tasks.
• Respond to customer inquiries and help them choose products that best suit their needs.
• Deliver friendly service while building strong customer relationships and recommending suitable products.
• Maintain attractive product displays that follow merchandising and inventory guidelines.
• Track stock levels, manage inventory, and check expiry dates to ensure product quality.
• Ensure shelves are well-stocked and recommend alternative items when products are unavailable.
• Stay informed about current promotions, new product launches, and store layout changes.
• Support receiving deliveries, replenishing shelves, and performing stock counts.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and secure at all times.
• Process cashier transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Participate in live streaming sessions and create engaging social media content.
• Carry out any additional tasks assigned to support the smooth operation of the store.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
