Summary:
We are currently seeking caliber candidates as a Project Engineer, to be located in Hong Kong. The position will be responsible for handling project support on migration, relocation and software upgrade project

Job Description:

• As a core member in the projects of Windows migration for user date, mail and software
• Develop software applications for Windows platforms
• Prepare incident report and provide suggestion for improvement
• To assist in User Acceptance Test and to ensure the provision of efficient and effective services to both internal and external users
• Carry out hardware Install, Moves, Add and Changes
• Quickly and accurately understand, diagnose and provide simple solutions to customers
• Updating, maintaining inventory records on hardware & software

Job Requirement:

• F.5 or above
• 1 year working experience on IT Services or Engineering would be advantage
• Knowledge of LAN / WAN and TCP / IP maintenance and troubleshooting
• Customer focused attitude and dedicated to problem solving
• Fresh graduates with good attitude will also be considered
• On-work training will be provided for less experienced candidates
