Job Description

Responsibilities

The Executive, Business Development supports the RM team in executing day-to-day business development activities, maintaining accurate CRM records, and assisting in proposal preparation and client coordination. This role is designed to build foundational skills in client engagement, proposal support, and pipeline management within a professional services environment.

The Executive operates under close guidance while gradually developing independence, commercial awareness, and an understanding of the firm’s multi-service offerings and business development processes.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead & Client Coordination Support: - Assist in managing incoming leads, enquiries, and referrals from various channels. - Support follow-up activities by preparing call notes, meeting summaries, and next-step trackers. - Coordinate meeting schedules, prepare basic client briefs, and update client information accurately.
  • Proposal & Documentation Support: - Support the preparation of proposals, quotations, pitch decks, and engagement documents. - Assist in gathering information from internal departments for proposal inputs. - Perform basic formatting, proofreading, and document checks.
  • CRM Data Management & Accuracy: - Update CRM records with accurate lead details, activities, and follow-up tasks. - Maintain discipline in deal stages, tagging, and documentation uploads. - Assist in preparing simple CRM reports and trackers
  • Business Development Campaign Support: - Support BD campaigns by preparing contact lists, segmentation data, and outreach trackers. - Assist with email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and event-based outreach under supervision. - Conduct basic desk research on industries, prospects, and competitors
  • Internal Coordination & Administrative Execution: - Assist in coordinating onboarding documentation once deals are closed. - Prepare internal summaries, trackers, and basic reports. - Support ad-hoc administrative and coordination tasks.
  • Learning & Development: - Learn the firm’s service offerings, pricing structures, and proposal frameworks. - Follow SOPs, templates, and internal guidelines. - Participate in internal training and coaching sessions.

Job Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Management, or related field.
  • Candidates with 2–3 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Internship or part-time exposure to sales, marketing, consulting, or corporate environments is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,515.77 - RM3,535.17 per month
