Job Responsibilities :

• Conduct inspections on incoming materials, work-in-progress products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality requirements and specifications.
• Record inspection results and prepare quality reports accurately and on time.
• Identify, report, and follow up on quality issues, non-conformities, and corrective actions.
• Maintain quality records, reports, and documentation.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 and SIRIM ESG requirements.
• Assist in internal and external audits, including audit preparation activities.
• Work closely with Production, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in stock verification, material inspections, and loading/unloading activities when required.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management from time to time.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Quality Management, Manufacturing, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Manufacturing, Quality Control, Production, or related industries.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Mandarin speaking is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System is an advantage.
• Experience using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and other inspection equipment is preferred.
• Responsible, disciplined, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Positive attitude with strong teamwork skills.
