Immediate Vacant - Experience with logistics experience, Ocean/Sea freight

Create and manage ocean import & export documentation

Handle relevant ACR (Advance Cargo Reporting) activities

Book with Carrier as per allocation

Manage and confirm booking with Carrier

Receive Shipper's volume forecast from Export Customer Management Team

Act in a manner which increases Customer satisfaction and loyalty, maximizes shipment profitability and decreases operating expenses

Activate and/or create shipment in system.

Update shipment arrival information in system.

Ensure the accurate and timely movement of ocean freight to- and from specific locations within the service standards agreed with the Customer

Fluency in written and spoken local language, English

Strong computer (Windows PC) skills

Ability to multi-task

Effective communication skills and professional communication eqiqutte

Must work well within a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
