About the role

Sure Solar Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Multimedia Designer to join our dynamic team in our Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur office. As a Multimedia Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling and on-brand marketing materials to support the company's marketing and communications efforts. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development within the organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Designing and developing high-quality graphics, illustrations, infographics, and visual assets for a variety of marketing collateral, including website content, social media posts, brochures, and presentations
• Collaborating with the marketing team to understand project requirements and translating them into visually engaging designs
• Editing and shooting short form videos for social media content
• Ensuring brand consistency and adherence to the company's visual identity guidelines across all design outputs
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail

What we're looking for

• Preferably 1 year of experience as a multimedia Designer, preferably in a marketing or agency environment
• Proficient in Mandarin language write-up
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Excellent visual design skills, including a keen eye for layout, typography, color, and composition
• Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate them into visually appealing and effective design solutions
• Proficient in creating design assets for both print and digital media
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their respective design requirements
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
