About Us:
At 3Inch Patisserie, we’re passionate about delivering handcrafted pastries and thoughtful gifts that bring joy to every celebration. As we grow, we’re looking for a diligent and organized Admin Clerk to join our dynamic team and support the daily operations behind the scenes.
Job Responsibilities:
-Handle daily administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
-Assist in processing sales orders, invoices, and delivery coordination
-Manage inventory records and monitor stock levels of packaging and materials
-Liaise with customers for basic inquiries and coordinate with internal teams
-Support HR, finance, and operations with document preparation and data tracking
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office area
-Perform other clerical duties as required to ensure smooth office operations
Requirements:
-Minimum SPM or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration are a plus
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic computer skills
-Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin is a bonus)
-Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage time efficiently
-Positive attitude and willingness to learn
-Prior experience in a similar role is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
