IT Support Executive (Level 1) (On-site School Support) - Based in Singapore

Location: Singapore (On-site)
Salary: Up to $2,500/month + Yearly Bonus
Employment Type: 1-year renewable contract (Direct hire with client)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy IT Support Executive (Level 1) to join our team, providing on-site technical support to schools across Singapore.

Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site IT support and troubleshooting for schools in Singapore, resolving a wide range of technical issues.
• Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware including desktops, laptops, printers, AV equipment, and tablets.
• Install, configure, update, and troubleshoot software such as Microsoft Office, antivirus tools, and educational applications.
• Handle and transport mobile IT asset carts/trolleys weighing up to 100 kg.
• Provide support for additional ad-hoc IT tasks and technical requests as required

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Information Technology or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in IT technical support
• Good command of English with strong communication skills for interacting with school staff and vendors
• Comfortable working in a school environment and engaging with both students and staff
• Additional Information: On-site school-based support role across Singapore

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
