1. Team Leadership & Operations

• Supervise warehouse staff in picking, packing, sorting, receiving, and dispatch activities
• Assign daily tasks and ensure smooth workflow execution
• Train, coach, and motivate team members to meet KPIs
• Monitor staff discipline and performance

2. Inventory & Accuracy Control

• Ensure accurate stock movement and inventory records in WMS
• Conduct cycle counts and stock checks
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies

3. Order Fulfilment & Dispatch

• Ensure all orders are picked, packed, and delivered according to SOP
• Monitor inbound and outbound accuracy (quantity, quality, documentation)
• Ensure urgent orders are processed on time

4. Compliance & Safety

• Enforce warehouse safety rules (OSH compliance)
• Maintain housekeeping standards (7S / 5S)
• Ensure GxP / SOP compliance in operations

5. Reporting & Coordination

• Prepare daily/weekly warehouse performance reports
• Report issues, delays, or operational risks to management
• Coordinate with transport, customer service, production, and procurement teams

6. Continuous Improvement

• Improve productivity, space utilization, and workflow efficiency
• Reduce errors, damages, and operational cost
• Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain / Business or related field
• 2–5 years warehouse or distribution experience
• Knowledge of WMS (SAP preferred)
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Able to work in fast-paced distribution centre environment

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
